Return and Exchange Policy
You can make returns or exchanges via US Mail or UPS with an original www.mulberrypaperandmore.com packing sheet or online payment receipt within 14 days of purchase. Prior authorization from a representative of www.mulberrypaperandmore.com (Mile High Net Stores LLC) is required. All returns must be new, unused and contain all original product packaging and accessories. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Opened items are subject to a re-stocking fee of 25%. Shipping & Handling
We utilize the United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS to ship our products to you. We have found their services to be the most reliable and efficient compared to competing delivery companies. Our web site is integrated with both USPS and UPS Online to determine the actual shipping charges. We offer overnight, Second Day Air, 3 day and Ground shipping. In addition, we ship via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. All orders are usually shipped within 48 hours, Monday through Friday from the Denver Colorado area.

3 Day Select is not available in your state. Please select UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. If you choose 3 Day Select then there will be a delay in your shipment until we can contact you to make other arrangements which will adjust your shipping cost.
