utilize the United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS to ship our
products to you. We have found their services to be the most reliable
and efficient compared to competing delivery companies. Our web site is
integrated with both USPS and UPS Online to determine the actual
shipping charges. We offer UPS Next Day Air, Second Day Air and Ground
shipping. In addition, we ship via United States Postal Service First
Class, Priority and Express Mail. All orders are usually shipped within
48 hours, Monday through Friday from the Denver Colorado area. We
reserve the right to substitute other carriers to facilitate a more
expedient delivery. We are unable to ship to APO addresses.
Free Shipping Promotions
At
times, we offer free ground shipping to qualified orders within the
United States. If free shipping is selected, regardless of the carrier
and method selected at checkout, Mile High Net Stores LLC reserves the
right to utilize any carrier and shipping method in order to most
efficiently deliver your order. If your order qualifies for free
shipping, you may choose shipping options other than ground delivery to
expedite your order. These options are provided at an additional cost
shown at checkout.

the amount of time a package is detained by customs and we are not
responsible for any additional taxes, fees or charges that might be

the customer is assuming all risk for their order during shipment
including risk of damage, loss, theft or non-delivery. For orders
requiring tracking and our guarantee of delivery, Priority Mail
International or Express Mail International must be chosen for delivery
addresses outside the United States.
