Handmade Geloma Kozo Paper is an elegant mulberry sheet distinguished by its open, webbed structure and refined stripe pattern. Crafted from durable kozo fibers, this paper reflects the strength and longevity associated with traditional mulberry papers while introducing a striking design. Cotton threads are carefully pulled by hand across the kozo base, forming an alternating stripe pattern that creates both structure and airy translucency within the sheet.

Geloma Mulberry Paper offers a clean, luminous foundation that enhances the dimensional threadwork. At approximately 25 gsm, it has a lightweight and flexible feel. It is easy to cut, layer, and shape without sacrificing durability. Each sheet measures approximately 23" x 35" and includes four natural deckle edges that highlight its handmade origin. With a neutral pH of 7–8, this paper is suitable for archival conscious projects.

Geloma Kozo is especially beautiful when layered over contrasting surfaces or illuminated from behind, where the open weave allows light to interact with the cotton grid.
