Mary Catello created a beautiful 23" by 23" sculpture with bleached Thai Mulberry Paper and lace details made out of Thai Kozo that stands 10 inches tall. The piece titles "A Night at the Opera" and is lit with battery lights that lay under the sculpture. Catello used basket weaving reed for the armature and found the torn pieces of mulberry adhered lovingly with methyl cellulose.
