Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with our products for any reason, you may return the item(s) for a refund to your original method of payment with the following conditions:

  • Shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping charges are your responsibility.
  • Product(s) must be returned unused with all original packaging and accessories.
  • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original delivery date.
  • If you refuse delivery of your order, your original shipping charges will not be refunded. Additionally, return shipping charges will be deducted at cost.
  • If your order had a free shipping promotion applied at time of purchase, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from any refund due.
  • Include a copy of your sales receipt or packing list with your return.
  • If you would like to make an exchange for another product, please contact our customer service representatives at: 877-810-4174.
  • If there is an issue with your order (missing or wrong item, damaged package, etc), you must inform us within 72 hours past delivery.

SPECIAL HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:
Our normal return and exchange policy is extended until January 7th for any purchase made between Thanksgiving and Christmas. All other terms and restrictions apply.
