Phong Nguyen is a self-taught artist that specializes in origami-collage art. Using just scissors, glue, and a brush, Phong has drawn on personal experiences to create his masterpieces. Phong used several different papers in the Fairy and Butterfly piece including Thai Marbled Momi, Japanese Chiyogami, and Indian Screenprinted Cotton paper.
